Spring 2024 Internships

Our Spring 2024 remote internship will run from February 5 to April 26 (12 week program)


Applications are due December 22, 2023 at 11:59pm ET.

All internship tracks are remote and do not require previous experience, however individuals must show a strong interest in their chosen track, willingness and ability to learn quickly, and high motivation. Application requirements are:

  1. Must currently be a college student.

  2. Must have been a member of an a cappella group (collegiate or high school) for 2+ semesters.

  3. Must have demonstrated ability for independent work, desire to learn, & self-motivation.

After submitting your application here, please send the following documents to with the subject "Full Name - XXX Track Application."

  1. Resume with relevant work, volunteer, extracurricular, experience and coursework.

  2. If applying for the audio production or marketing tracks and have previous experience, please send in a sample of your work.

  3. A creative statement - Show us your creativity! Record a video (2 minutes or less) answering the following “fun” questions OR create a PowerPoint answering them. Feel free to get as creative as you’d like, both may include clips of performances or fun photos to show us more of who you are. Questions are:


  • What is your favorite song you’ve ever performed in your current a cappella group and why? 

  • If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? 

  • Who would play you in a movie about your life? 

  • What’s your go-to karaoke song? 

  • What is something you’re passionate about aside from music? 

  • You can choose any artist to sing a duet with...who would it be and what would you sing together?


Interns who choose the administrative track will learn how to be a leader in the a cappella community, help with organization, client relations, and aid in community outreach. They can also get hands on experience with CRM software. They will work closely with our CEO and administrative team on their day-to-day operations.

  • Previous experience with outreach and client relations preferred.


Audio production interns will have the opportunity to learn from our award-winning production team. From editing to mixing, interns can learn brand new skills that will help them get started in the audio production field, or continue to grow as a producer.

  • Previous audio production experience is highly recommended, but not required.

  • If you have previous audio production experience, please send a sample of your work along with your resume in the application.


Engagement interns will have the opportunity to work with our events and education teams to work on our flagship educational program L.E.N.S., other events, and our educational services such as consulting, masterclasses, courses, and more.

  • Previous experience with event planning or educational programming (music or other) preferred.


Marketing interns will get to work with our Vice President of Marketing and Director of Multimedia to help with social media content creation, marketing, and creating a cohesive brand. They will also assist in updating, maintaining, and designing our website. 

  • Previous social media content creation and web design experience preferred, particularly Canva, Wix, and TikTok.

  • If you have previous social media experience, please send a sample of your work along with your resume in the application.
